At Classic Phones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the phone in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
